Seems like a perilous place! My preference goes to the second one, the woman is "aware" of the danger.

I didn’t go to that side but I suspect there is some optical illusion at play here and the people were not necessarily under the icicles.

I like the way the tilt of the icicles makes it look as if they are deliberately reaching for the person in each image.
