It's a fine series, Ivo. Lots of character reinforced by the choice of bw format. Is this with your new Z6 camera?

Another sample of your good handling of B&W, IMO

Yeah, damn, it is ok on the phone, on a 27” it looks stupid. The JPEGs dates from a time where 800px was the max size to upload. I’ll check to replace with bigger.

Thanks John, no, digitally I’m a Canon and Fujifilm shooter.

Sorry, it was a rather feeble joke about the final portrait of the craftsman with his 'violin'.

Hahahahaha. I was thinking who would make that joke first.
When I made this série, the man didn’t have any finished violin in house, only a cello and a contrabass.

These are really good IMO. The subtle film grain does not hurt at all.  ;)

I really like the image quality of 120 film.  It works well here.

Yep, egg on my face. I read that too quickly and did not notice the reference to Tri-x 400 film. I recall reading that Ivo was interested in the Z6, perhaps in the gear section, somewhere?

It was a question about the EOS r. I ‘m one of the fools who doesn’t understand the negative hassle.

Some really good informal portraiture, Ivo.
