(I've long wanted an excuse to add a simple-minded "+1" to one of Patricia's brilliant comments.)
P.S. I love to sit in front of Rothko's big black paintings until they come alive, which sometimes only takes a few seconds and other times takes several minutes. Same for many of "Pietro's" photos.
