Am really disappointed About ink thrift CL ink from inkjetmall  and I take about my problem here

Support tells me I must profile after 24 hours and I did without progress
So I make a test
I take ink directly from ink bottles and put it on photo paper after 48 hours I look at it and find yellow glow around black ink sample so its defiantly bad ink and this what makes pictures has yellow hue
even chines very cheap ink didn’t bad like this
and I notice also that the new ink bottle tip not white but it turn yellow
PLZ look at pictures and tell me what to do >>>should they refund mE???

If you are unhappy with the ink, don't use it. Complaining about it here won't help. Address your issue with InkJetMall.

Did you ask to exchange the black? Only $33 for the 220ml bottle at least here in the states.
Not sure where you are from? Out of the country it most certainly is more. (Your profile is empty.)
They are great to deal with and cannot image they would not exchange it.

Sure, no harm asking - there could well be some other readers who have relevant experience and insight. But why not use the original manufacturers' inks designed for their printers? Are you really saving enough money from this that the headaches are worthwhile? Also be aware that while the printer manufacturers can't stop you - much as they may try - from using third party inks, at the same time they have a right to exclude such practices from their warranty coverage.

I contact inkjet mall and now they are sure that there is a problem with my black ink and they will replace it
