I am selling my Scanview Scanmate 11000 complete package.
Short background history of this scanner:
It is a unique one because I bought it in Denmark directly from ABC - Scan as a “new old stock” - never used before except some test scans done by Scanview employees. I bought it packed in its original wooden trunk and it was smelling new.
The scanner was never shipped I drove by myself from Poland to Denmark to collect it. Since then it is sitting in my office and I use it only to scan my personal negatives so I can guarantee the scanner was used gently and very little.
Visually it is still great and in perfect working order.
The whole package includes:
- ScanMate 11000 scanner
- two drums (on the photos one is mounted inside the scanner)
- drum mounting station
- SCSI to USB converter so it can be connected to your computer (even portable like MacBook Pro using USB port (I’ve got two of them but one has some gave me some problems with connection)
- SCSI card can be used instead of converter and mounted inside workstation.
- Lates version of Color Quartet software 5.3.1 + MAC dongle on USB
- Original box with scanner’s manual and Color Quartet manual plus CD with 5.2.2 version
- All cables
- Original calibration charts to be mounted on drum to set up focus
- Original drum polish liquid and tissue (There are some minor scratches on drums but I never needed to polish them)
- I even have two original slides that SCANVIEW used in official press releases and manuals for ScanMate 11000. A collectible pice of history a new owner can hang framed over the scanner 
Before the drum scanner era ended this model was said to be one of top scanners on the market.
Despite it’s compact size (comparing to other top drum scanners) it deliver impressive quality.
I used it mostly to scan my 6x7 colour negatives and I was able to do perfect 110 x 90 cm large lambda prints in exhibition quality.
The scanner is located in Poland.
I’m willing to ship but of course I recommend personal pick up wich is the safest way to transport this kind of equipment and also allow a buyer to control and test the scanner in person.
