This body is in Excellent+ condition (I'm very OCD with my gear). No scratches or dents, never dropped. The camera works perfectly. I downloaded ShutterCheck from the Apple app store. It shows 14,898 shutter activations which is only 10% of Canon's rated lifespan of 150,000 activations. I can email you screen shots of the the test results if you would care to see them.
I'm a Canon CPS member, so it has been cleaned and checked annually. This body was never used to shoot video (therefore less wear and tear). Comes with original battery and charger. It could be converted to an infrared body if you've been considering that. Regardless, if you're in the market for a Mark II, this is an excellent choice.
NOTE ON USAGE: I spend a lot of time composing compositions with my iPhone before starting to shoot. It’s a great way to “see” what an image is going to look like quickly. Once I’ve decided on a composition, I shoot each image on a tripod. Because of this, I take far less shots than a typical shooter saving wear and tear on this shutter).
