Less traditional landscape?

In light of the discussion about landscape photography going static with respect to subject matter, here is a shot that is less traditional.  :)

My 2 cents: I agree with with all the above.  Let's venture out with more kinds of landforms and how they integrate with natural or man-made features.
What've we got to lose?

Thanks to all of you for your comments.  Apologies for the very slow reply.  They are busy times.
I'm a bit surprised anyone liked this shot.  I had it categorized as a shot 'only the photographer could love' of which I have many.
