Waiting for Lobster Dump Day
« on: November 28, 2018, 08:27:02 pm »

It may look calm here, but the threat of high winds and seas has delayed the opening of the next lobster fishing season for a further couple of days. Locally, it's called Lobster Dump Day because the boats all surge out of port to "dump' their traps in the fishing grounds. Across the southwestern part of Nova Scotia, hundreds of boats and around 5,000 crew will set out when the go-ahead is given.

Excellent - the composition, tonality, and colors seem just about perfect. A quite photo, which I like.
