Z3100 ps firmware for Sierra

I am helping a friend with her printer. We are looking for the latest firmware for the z3100 ps 44” for Mac OS Sierra. The links on the web from HP don’t seem to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to  get what seems to be the latest firmware for the Z3100 by following the advice from JACKB44 at this link:

The latest firmware version seems to be:  7.0.0.3-7

I have not installed this firmware yet, I am not running Sierra, but I think this is what you want. I don't think the firmware in the printer cares about the OS in the attached computer.

This qualification filled advice is all I can give you. Good luck.

I saw that link. I am getting a friend that has windows to unzip the file.its amazing how long my friends printer has lasted.

You can unzip the file on your Mac. I used "The Unarchiver". It worked fine. The ".exe" extension not only indicates a PC app but also an archive file.
