It is such a pleasure - and rarity - to get top customer service from a huge corporation. I use an Epson WF-7610 as my everyday office printer. It stopped being able to print, giving me an error message. After trying various things I called Epson. The printer is out of warranty, about 4 years old. Long story short, within 20 minutes I had arranged for them to send me a replacement at no cost. I continue to be an Epson fan.
