Browser Thumbnail Different from Viewer Image
« on: October 22, 2018, 07:16:10 pm »

This recently started happening to me.  I'll do an import into my catalog.  The images will successfully load.  When I look at the images in the browser, a few of them will be blurry, b&w thumbnails of older images that I've imported.  But, when I select the image in the browser, the correct image is displayed in the viewer.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I'm on an iMac using Mojave 10.14 and CO 11.3.

The Capture One 11.3 System Requirements state Mac OS 10.13.x. From that I and what I have seen C1 does not officially support Mojave 10.14 yet.

However, I am running an iMac 5k and MacBook Pro 2014 with Mojave 10.14 and C1 11.3 and have not experienced any problems.

You could create a support case and see if they can help.
