I have used the Topaz AI Clear free version in the Topaz Studio platform. I basically used the RAW file in the AI clear to get rid of the noise and sharpen and then moved it into Lightroom to make the rest of the edits, before exporting the final image. It does a good decent job for pictures taken at higher ISOs, say 1600 and above. I have tried it on images upto ISO 4000, shot on Canon 1DX Mark2 and the result are pretty good. At high ISOs, the low sharpen option does a better job than the High. The High option makes the picture look more grainy. You can see the Before and After effects on images and the basic tutorial over here, Topaz AI Clear . It is good for post processing batch of images which are taken at multiple locations in different conditions, as it saves some good amount of time.
