For anyone interested on how the Laowa 12mm f/2,8 ZERO-D performs + the Laowa Magic shift converter (1.4x converter + shift mechanism).
Sony A7 II, ISO100, 1/50, f/8 (I believe):

100% crops:

Top left:

Centre:

Bottom right:

No corrections applied (distortion or CA). Standard unsharp mask in ACR (40). For me the result is great, bearing in mind we are adding optics in front of a 12mm to make it a shiftable 17mm.

Thanks for the test and crop Guillermo.
It's been a while since I looked at this lens combo, please remind me; it has 35mm FF coverage at 12mm right?  and converts to a 17mm with the converter with a wide enough image circle to allow shifts?

Was the image you show with no shift?
How much shift is possible before noticeable reduction in quality?
What does a 12mm look like (corners and center)

Hi Mc, yes it has 12mm coverage on FF. This is what it looks like (focus on the chimney top left):

100% crops:

Developed with DCRAW, this means absolutely no corrections nor unsharp mask.

The 12mm becomes a shiftable 17mm, didn't try maximum shift yet, the bridge picture was not shifted.

The lens seems to have a quite complicated field curvature, making it difficult to know what will be in focus at f/2.8.
