I really like the original, but decided to experiment a bit and came up with this. Almost symmetrical but not quite. Symmetrcial by itself without other modifications by the maker can be quite boring and tedious.

Nice, John. Just the right mix of symmetry and asymmetry.

It's either musical chairs, or someone trying to cut into the dance!

Thanks Eric. Always experimenting - this time to produce something surreal.

JR

Or maybe produce something more realistic.

Both fine, but my vote is for surreal.
My new title for you, John, is "Sir Real."   ;)

I love the "green" one, especially the watercolors look

Yes, great effect and nicely done.

I would be tempted to crop out the tree trunk at the right side of the frame; I think three work better than four in this image.

Thanks Chris. Yes that would be a very effective crop.

The bee (I think) is pure serendipity. Didn't even see him until he popped up on the computer screen.

What? Don't you spray your computer screen with bug spray every day before going out?   :o

Nice image either way.

I like the combination of the bicolor flower and the colorful background… The bee is a plus!

Playing with the software on the first. The second is composite of two blurred images.

Look at the spring greens! I'm pretty sure if Bill lent some of that fog, I wouldn't have to take these impressionist images. Sigh...

No need of fog here, it's already beautiful!
