I think some of them are carrying tiny Leicas.

Two great green shots. I especially like the first one with this pointillistic look.

Yellow-green that is. When I click auto-contrast I often get ghastly oversaturated greens and yellows. But it give me an idea of how things will look when I reduce the effect or switch to manual control. What I learned about greens and yellows using the sliders is that most of the greens we see in nature are at least half yellow! So I have to tone those down all the time. Thanks.

Last glimmer of light on the forest path as evening sets.

Nicely spooky.

And not too much green or yellow.   ;)

Sometimes experiments work and can be quite wonderful, breathing new life into an otherwise ordinary flower image.

Splendid bouquet, keep experimenting - but it's true that you never stopped!
Well done, John.

Thank you Francois and Eric. Let's face it, I love going out and trying things. Keeps me active and fit and helps hone the visual skills which is what it is all about.

And it saves wear and tear on that easy chair you might otherwise spend too much time in.   ;)

It was about 5 PM and I was about to walk into the house when I spotted these nascent goldenrods appearing to be individually lit. Really it was the sun creating a shadow in one part while the other was still in sun. What a gift...

I like the glow-in-the-dark look of those goldenrods… Well seen.

Is it real...or is it memorex? Neither. It's an artistic rendering kind of image that people in the club seem to like to do a lot.

The flowers seem to float above the stems! I like it very much for that matter.
