I tried Fixity app on a folder of 3gb size. They were linear .dng which may have complicated things.

It took 10 hours to run the checksum, and 10 hours to validate. This is too cumbersome for me.

What is your experience with Integrity Checker? I'm on a fast MBP with SSD. Files are on a G-RAID mirrored with Thunderbolt connection. OSX 10.13
