i worked in the Hollywood studios for 11 years , Mole Richardson lights where the standard lights for lighting movies, has anyone tried Mole Richardson's LED light panels ( MR pro led panel )

I'm afraid I haven't, Mole Richardson aren't big in the UK.

I can recommend Arri Skypanels, though. Good colour rendition with full RGB control as well as colour temperature/tint, good brightness, robust construction, and light-engine stuff for effects like fire simulation.
