Thanks for the post and I looked at your original posting and this is similar to what I see when I take a lens cap image for noise test with multi-second exposures. Only difference is that I do see lines of noise but the green line is much thicker and more pronounced. I ran this lens cap test at ISO 8000 and at ISO 250 just to see if there was any difference. I imported the images into LR to see when the banding begins. I tested the following shutter speeds 1/30, .5, 1, 2, 3.2, 5, 10 , & 20 seconds. When I brought into LR I really cranked up the exposure as well as shadow and black adjustment to their max to more easily see the banding. When testing at 8000 ISO it became visible only at the longest exposure of 20 sec. Yes, there was a lot of noise pumping up the images but the green line only showed up clearly at that exposure. What is really interesting was at ISO 250. The band was more pronounced and visible at all exposure times greater than 1 second. I also checked using Canons DPP and still saw the noise lines.
