Apple Snail Eggs. Apple Snails are more indigenous to central and south Florida and they are staples for birds like Limpkins or Snail Kites but in our area we have none of the above, but do have the Purple and Common Gallinules who also consider them the catch of the day. I've included a picture of a Purple Gallinule.
