It's beautiful, Vieri.
But I have a problem with this and a number of other landscape displays. I'm working with a 24 inch wide monitor. Your picture, and many others, won't fit on the main display screen. I have to scroll to see the rest of the picture. It would be much better if people would display a thumbnail which, when clicked, pops up a separate screen that can constrain the main picture to its own dimensions. I do that with my own pictures and it seems to work well.
Thank you very much indeed Russ, I am glad you enjoyed it!
About your viewing problem, I think the forum should implement auto-resize for linked images, that would solve it.
Seems like from another planet, simply fantastic. I almost feel the warmth of the glow here, behind my monitor!
Well done.
Thank you very much Francois, I am glad you enjoyed the image and the glow!
Beautiful transition from cold (left) to warm (right).
Thank you very much Paulo, glad you enjoyed the "ice & fire" Icelandic feel here!
Vieri, you are usually up *before* sunrise!? What went wrong?
I must be getting old!!
Well, actually I was there much before sunrise (and at that time of the year, that is at a pretty reasonable hour anyway...), but nothing much happened in the sky before the sun showed himself: it is simply incredible how fast the sky changes in Iceland, and how 5-10 minutes might make the difference between no picture and an amazing display!
Best regards,
Vieri
