Unfortunately, there are numerous urban explorers and would-be-photojournalists who end their promising careers prematurely.
Photographers sneaking into Tschernobyl and Fukashima power stations, aspiring war documenters, daredevils climbing tall city buildings, and careless selfie takers falling from the cliffs.

This happened not far from where I live, and was a pretty sad story. 

When trying to get that great shot, one should really use your better judgement.  It had been raining here for about a week prior, so the fact that the storm drain flooded so fast was not unusual.
