Without Prejudice: Street or Whatever
« on: May 14, 2018, 05:13:44 am »

A continuation of RobC's excellent series of threads but this time centred on contributor's "Street" images (broad interpretation here, hence the inclusion of Whatever;D

For those who, as Rob succinctly put, are interested in sharing but not interested in second guessing.

OK, I'll start.

My wife rescued this little boy who had fallen into an open sewer. We returned next day to check all was well and this was one of the resulting images. Bless him, he will forever be our Mowgli.

Welcome to the non-PC club! Kiplingesque references could get you roasted in some places!

A fine shot, Keith, and one where the color needs to be there.

An excellent informal portrait, Keith, à la Steve McCurry.

Okay, here's an example of what I take street to mean, as distinct from street "art" which is another thing apart. And which will forever be lost to us now.

Boo, hoo! Such salty tears!

The human condition.

Health Warning: No religions were being slighted in the creation of this photograph. Divine inspiration was being accepted despite serious risk of jealous assault.

Dry them, Rob, and circumspice.

A New York moment:

Was that the one shot off the bus?

Your rainy window in Paris would make a good Street Art Nouveau section exhibit...
