Uluru 180 degrees
« on: May 10, 2018, 06:24:52 pm »

After shooting a sunset time-lapse sequence at Uluru in Northern Territory of Australia I noticed the colours in the sky behind me were intense.  The benefit of a clear desert atmosphere.

This is a single exposure of eight seconds with virtually no processing.

Lovely - I was there at a similar time of year last year.  It's the best time for the weather - so dry and clear and cool.  The colours are wonderful!

Perfectly captures a moment of stillness at the end of the day.

Vastness, emptiness, things that come to mind. Well done.
