Capture One to Lightroom Export Problem

Hi All-

I export JPEGS from C1 to Lightroom for the purposes of uploading to Photoshelter.  Just recently I started getting an error message "The File appears to be unsupported or damaged." The image does ultimately appear in the catalog after but as you can imagine its quite annoying.  Any ideas why its happening? Both C1 and Adobe are up to date.  Thanks.
