how to live view

Hi
I am wanting to get live view working with Capture One 11

I have a Hasselblad H1 with a P30+ back.

I can tether fine to my MacBook pro, but I don't see any controls for aperture or shutter speed.
When I turn on live view, I just get red noise and a "too dark" message

I have set the H1 to T-mode


Any ideas please?
