This is a set up I used to mount my old P45 V back to a variety of view cameras. It consists of a mounting plate I think from Linhof that allows any V mount Hasselblad back (film or digital) to adapt via graflock to any 4x5 camera. The focus screen is in the same film plane so can be used for fine focus. The Chimney Magnifying Hood attaches to the focusing screen. Worked great in the pre CMOS days.
