Ilford Galerie papers

Getting back into printing with a new Epson P800.  My issues concern paper.  I would like to use a paper in the Galerie line.  Criteria: will print color and B+W, I want my color to "pop",  want to use paper with 300 weight, like a neutral paper for B+W, want to use paper using PK ink, no matte. 
please provide recommendations and reasons.  Thanks in advance.  Walter

I've reviewed numerous Ilford Galerie Prestige papers on this website - you can check the reviews. The two I like best that would meet your criteria include Gold Fibre Silk and Gold Fibre Gloss. The difference between them is mainly that the latter has a cotton rag substrate. Both are very wide gamut PK papers.

The information from Ilford is scant at best.  On their website the descriptions of the papers are about the same ending with it's good.

Ilford's Gold Mono Silk is one of the best papers for B&W.
Only problem is that it looks like it is one of the discontinued papers from Ilford.
I just purchased 3 rolls which should last sometime.
Stunning B&W prints with this paper.

I've recently been using PermaJet's Mono Gloss Baryta.  It makes stunning monochrome prints with deep blacks and rich greys.  To my eyes the paper base look very slightly warm but others may describe it as neutral.  It is also suitable for some colour subjects giving rich colours.

Not "looks like" - it is recently discontinued. Some info I've come across indicates Amplis Foto in the Toronto area may still have some limited stock available.
