1st time posting here :)
« on: March 09, 2018, 11:36:48 am »

Most of my "landscapes" are more "city" or "street" type stuff.  But here's a "real" landscape :)

This is a panorama shot with my 5d "classic" mk1.  I think it's about 5 frames.

From "World's End Park", Hingham, Massachusetts, USA

Good stuff, Bruce. Lots of PP, but that's okay. You ended up with what you were after.

It's dark. But I guess that's what the world's end is supposed to be ...

I've been to World's End a few times, but I never got any shots as dramatic as this one.

Nice!

Hi Bruce and welcome To LULA...Great first post, look forward to seeing more.

Eric,
You guys actually have a park by the name of World's End? I'd think twice about going there...

thanks for the comments  8)

It's my first photo post in the showcase here, but I've posted in the forum about technical stuff.  I just don't shoot many "pure" landscapes...

Yes, it's a funny name for a park!

Reminds me of the girl in North Dakota who was wearing a T-shirt which, on the front said: "Minot ND is not the end of the earth." On the back it said: "But you can see it from there."

Peter,

It's actually a lovely, bucolic park with tree-lined venues and rolling fields, which were probably used for grazing sheep in days gone by.
