Sony site can’t be reached
« on: March 04, 2018, 05:34:42 pm »

I keep getting the above message when I try to download camera manuals.   Any ideas?

What URL are you using?  I'm having no trouble getting for example to the A7R3 support page.  A73 does not exist yet though ...

It’s not speedy but I was able to access it no problem and downloaded the manual.

I'm trying to see the instruction manual link on this page

https://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=ILCE7RM2&template_id=1&region_id=1&tab=manuals#/manualsTab

Yes, works fine for me too ... (and very quickly)
By the way the Instruction Manual is pretty useless, the download you want is the Help Guide.  This really tells you how to use and where to find the functions on the camera

Both the Manual and the PDF Help guide open new windows (on my Windows machine) with Adobe Reader.  Do you have popups blocked?  Or perhaps try a different browser.

When I clicked on it for some reason the htpps didn't appear.  I entered it manually and have now succeeded.   As with most things computer, I have no idea why but it now works.   Thanks all.
