Canon imagePROGRAF and head height settings to paper thickness settings?

I am trying to find anything that says what the recommended head height setting is to paper thickness for the Canon imagePROGRAPH.

What paper thickness should be used with Low, with Standard, with Medium-High, etc.

I called canon about this this past week. They said they had no specific recommendations. It is a bit of trial and error.  One note is that Hahnenuhle uses the pro platinum media type for it's fine art glossy papers. I found some of those papers to be too thick for that media type. I created custom media types to address that.

When you create a custom media type in MCT there is an option to "find paper candidates" for the base paper. You enter your custom paper thickness/weight and MCT suggest a base paper with the appropriate head height.
