What EPSON ABW setting should I use for Hahnemule Photo Rag Pearle? Thank you!

Just to verify, are you trying to do B&W on this paper?  If so, there should be an "advanced b&w" mode under "color mode" in the printer settings.
Also, if you're doing just b&w, don't select a profile since there are technically no colors being used in this mode and selecting a profile will possibly mix colors to create b&w tones.  The Advanced B&W mode should offer more accurate tones anyway.

If you're referring to the media type, choose a luster option since this will be closest to the surface; unless exhibition fiber is available which will be closer to the thickness and finish.
