Thanks everyone!
Some details about the image: this is a 27-image, 3-row panorama shot with the Fuji GFX and the 63mm f/2.8 lens. (3 rows of 9 images each).
I had to use 5 stops of graduated neutral density filtration on the sky, which I had to adjust between shooting the first and second rows of the pano (I started at the top right, shooting right to left). The third row, the bottom of the image, was far enough removed from the sky that I could remove the filters entirely.
I tried merging the panorama in Lightroom, but got too many alignment errors with the water. I experimented with different settings in Photoshop (and boy did that take a while to do, with each attempt taking about 1/2 hour to render) until I got a version that was close enough that I could fix any remaining alignment problems by hand.
The final image is 248 megapixels in size. I'm looking forward to having it printed as a 48x63 inch aluminum print from Bay Photo soon.
