Very nice. Did you desaturate the upper (and lower?) part? Just curious.

Thanks everyone!

Yes, slightly, and toned a little blue to give color contrast. Do you think it's too obvious? I'm considering tweaking up the greens a notch.

It looks completely believable (and beautiful) to me just as is, so please don't over-tweak it.

No, it's not obvious, but I guessed. It's well done. Giving the trees a (back) bit more green would be what I thought, too. Whether this will improve the over all image is another question, maybe, maybe not. But worth a try.

The only part of the image where I notice, what to me, is an overly blue tint is in the rocks at the top.  I'd try to either warm them up a bit or desaturate the blue a little.

Otherwise, looks great.  I also made the eastern Sierra autumn pilgrimage in early Oct, but saw very little orange...mostly yellows. Did you move the yellow hue in these more toward orange, or maybe it was just a few days/week or so timing difference.

Thanks Brad, I intentionally added a little blue tint to the rock to contrast with the warm colors in the trees. Is it too evident? It's pretty subtle in the print and I'm leaning towards leaving it there.
