Who knew,

She's in my BJP Annual 1985. A shot of a cubist-looking ensemble within a Hassyfake frame... I'd take any of the pictures in Eric's book in preference. Oh - the same annual also sports the funny, extended-looking tree shot (on 135 format) by the master of long-exposures (no pun originally intended), Michael Kenna.

What this all does, really, is illiustrate the desperation within the "art world" to make photography force a place for itself and, thus, another selling opportunty for middle-men to exploit. As for the Indian festival - my God, that's been done to death by everyone who was in the right place at the right time if, indeed, that is the right place ever to be.

I was just posting on a female Australian photographer that 99%+ of LuLa have never heard of including me. Seems she has talents that some people respect.

Something to think about,

Man, I've been thinking about what some people respect for decades, and it never ceases to amaze me.

I have no beef with your post at all - can't see it needs explanation. I post a few such items myself, and for the same reasons, broadly: widen horizons for younger folks who have less time to spend looking at the past that, for some others, was also at the time, their present!

:-)

Tom I looked at her website. I really like the fashion photos with the fabulous makeup. Thanks for posting. I had never heard of her.
