Leica 28mm PC for Nikon 810 - any users feedback ?

Looking for any users experience with the Leica 28mm PC. Recently switched from Canon and looking for some shift lens options. The new 19mm PC E is out of budget range for now,
tested the 24 PC and wasn't impressed.

I had the 28 and was not impressed. The Nikon 24PCE is much better.

I have experience with that lens on Canons, but its the same lens.  It is a good lens, not a great lens compared to the new TS lenses that are available.  I sold mine.
