Phase one 28mm lee filter SW150 Adaptor

To all Phase one 28mm Users with Lee SW150 filter holder.

Is there a way of buying just the adaptor instead of buying the complete SW150 Phase kit, or there an adaptor that fits other lenses that can fit this Lens

You probably will have to contact your Phase One Dealer to see if you can buy just parts of the kit as it is listed as a Phase One Dealer product only.  I do have it but have the whole kit.
