Shadow Project
« on: December 26, 2017, 11:10:47 am »

I am starting a small project aiming to focus ;) on shadows as a subject, which is a conundrum because shadows are hard to focus on! Rendered in monotone to emphasize form and line, light and dark. C&C welcomed.

An excellent start to your project, David. All three are compelling and beg me to spend more time looking. Great stuff!

Agreed. I find the third particularly compelling.

Promising start! Yes, show us progress with those from time to time, that would be nice.

A new one that I shot this morning. I will post occasionally as I find more. Thanks for the comments.
Something about this reminds me of a partial moon.

Would you mind if I were to join in? I spotted this in my dining room over lunch today: never noticed it before (although in my defence, we don't use the room much and there's normally no holly).

Shadow Replay. A new image in this series; related to, but unlike previously posted. Taken this AM. C&C as always.
