If you scroll a fraction down, you come to the video.

At the time I followed the announcement of the SL with a great deal of interest but was hoping for an M sized camera - sans rangefinder - with an industry leading EVF.

I love the EVF and the fact that the camera can be used with M lenses. I loathe the size of the native lenses and dislike the lack of dedicated buttons as on the M series. All that said and with aging eyes the SL still interests me.

Never say never.

Rob, did you mean to lock this thread?

BTW a most annoying & strange use of stereo audio mix in that video

Oops! Sorry all; I think I know the problem. The problem is trying to post etc. using the little iPad. My fingers have hit this button before, but I noticed at the time. Mea culpa - too clumsy for this little tool I have fallen in love with!

Agree 100% - it ruined the interview for me by making his voice too indistinct for me to catch. As I'd heard spoken Italian from birth, along with English, it noised me more than somewhat having to refer to the subtitles!

I've found the same on other photo-related sites, where I get the impression the producer is just trying too hard to show how professional he can be. Let interviews be interviews. Not faux concerts!

Just to say I loved his Clownville series.

I've done the same sooo many times. Didn't know whether it was my big hands or my fading eyesight. Vanity prevents me from accepting the latter, fortunately i do have big hands. The solution for me is to pinch zoom the page before pressing buttons....

Yes, an excellent technique that I try to follow as routine. Trouble is, I also have a failing (slightly) memory...
