New PC build.  Win 10, i7 8700.
System runs fine, internet searching, video's etc.
But when I open Capture one I get the blue screen sign of death within a few minutes.
Usually gives whea uncorrectable error.
Everything else runs fine- just this program.
Capture one will sometimes stay open viewing d500 files from an ssd drive.
But if I try to view a d850 file, I get an immediate crash.
Drivers are up to date.  No hardware errors.
Any thoughts?  I am lost here.
Thanks

C1 v11 is running fine on win 10 for most people so first step is re-download the file.  Then an uninstall / reinstall would seem to be the way forward.

wild guess - try to disable using GPU in C1 to see if the issue is there ... sometimes having the most recent drivers is not helping (nVidia for example) - sometimes rollback to older versions helps

PS: P1 runs C1 U2U forums - ask the question there as well... https://forum.phaseone.com/En/index.php

Thanks- will give that a try.  I also opened up a ticket with phase one, but have not heard back yet.
This is way outside my comfort zone.
