Scots Pines in the Clyde Valley
« on: November 14, 2017, 05:12:04 am »

The trees are seen by thousands of travellers as they travel towards Glasgow. I always wanted to see if they would make an image. Just as the road and rail tracks pass Beattock Summit the land to the West opens out into the upper Clyde valley. They take a bit of getting to but it was a nice walk breaking ice in the puddles. Ken

I like it a lot. All the elements are working together beautifully: trees, wall, gate, hills, even clouds.
Fine mood.

Very good photo. I would clone the chimney stacks (or poles?) that are peaking over the hills on the right.

And in colour. I think that they are communication masts Paulo. I may take them out some time.
