Missing "Forum" link on homepage
« on: November 02, 2017, 01:15:45 pm »

When I bring up the LuLa home page, using three different browsers on two different computers, the "Forum" link normally found on the upper left hand side of the window is missing.

Fortunately adding a "/forum/" to the URL brings me to the right place.

I am not sure what you are referring too.  There is a forum menu item on the home page that takes you to the Forum.  When on the forum there is a menu item on the top left that takes you back to the homepage.

I am not sure what you are referring too.  There is a forum menu item on the home page that takes you to the Forum.  When on the forum there is a menu item on the top left that takes you back to the homepage.

It used to be on the same level as the "Videos --- Account" menu items, i.e. the top of the page, but on the left hand side.

It doesn't matter. I had gotten used to using that link and didn't see the one in main menu below, probably because I rarely, if ever, used the menu located just above the gallery.

I certainly can adjust.

It is a change that one has to get used to.

Yes, the "Forum" link in the black bar at the top of the page (in the same place as "Luminous Landscape Home" on this page) was very convenient.  It was always visible so you didn't have to scroll back up to jump into the forum.  Why remove it?

We'll see if we can bring it back.  Our developers are adding new features and there will be additional choices in the black bar.  They are aware of the issue.

While you're fixing, Kevin, it would be awesome if various pages (including the front page) didn't have insecure content on an https: link.

Yep, it's fixed, and thank you for that. Not least that now I know I'm not entirely senile or crazy for having remembered it being there.
