"Digital Wallet" for XQD Memory Card

While I am delighted with my new Nikon D850, I just learned to my dismay that its XQD memory card is not recognized by my Colorspace "digital wallet." Their software team reports very slow progress in writing firmware for XQD because of technical challenges. So I wondered if anyone could recommend an alternative means of storing and editing images on the road?  Thanks.  Bill Jackson

In response to my own question, I may have found the answer in a 1TB device by Nexto that accepts XQD cards when an accesssory interface is used.  But the price of $1500 is nearly half the cost of my new Nikon D850.  So I will keep on looking.
