I've managed to keep my orchids outside for much longer than normal due to our unusually warm weather, and the plants are loving it. Several are in bloom, but none surpass Miltonia "sunset" for the shear number of flowers that produce an aroma akin to fresh cilantro, something that is rather unusual for orchids. The plant in this photo is approx. 25 years old, and is one of my longest lasting orchids. It has generated numerous pseudobulbs that have gone onto full-size plants. They will all go indoors during the upcoming week and remain there until the return of warm weather.
I used two LED studio lights to illuminate the plant.
Thank you for viewing, and please feel free to C&C.
