If it's for an Epson printer it's Epson Premium Luster. All this information is available on the Hahnemuhle website by downloading the profile for your printer and reading the accompanying instruction sheet.

Then you should go to their website and download the profile and sheet for that printer to see what the correct Canon Media Type is.
