Hall Ranch
« on: October 02, 2017, 07:41:39 pm »

Sunday was October 1st and winter storms were already moving into Colorado.  I was heading home from a shoot and saw this.  I pulled over and set up and shot as quickly as I could.  BTW, if you mountain bike, Hall Ranch is one of the best singletracks in the nation!

Great light! That's a real winner, Joseph.

My thoughts exactly. Fantastically ominous sky and lovely light on the land.

Here's another view of the rock outcropping that's on the right in the original posting.  I took this from a residential area in Lyons, up on a hillside.
