River Derwent
« on: September 01, 2017, 10:49:04 am »

Standing in the river waiting for the sun to appear, this is the weak and watery through thin clouds sunshine.  When the sun fully broke through the contrast went too high and the image collapsed. Probably 2 months to go before the Autumn colours really show but the first signs are here. Ken

Nice that the sun was muted by the clouds, the mood is pleasantly soft.

Beautiful!  Do you plan on selling it at a local gallery?

No plans to sell this image Alskoj but I should get off my bum and try and sell some of my images. I usually get a few sales when my camera club mount an exhibition so some people like some of my images. I did spend some time a couple of years ago looking at selling images but it was a lot of work with little reward. Ken
