At the suggestion of Eric Myrvaagnes, let's use this new forum topic as a place to post & discuss Landscape images.

Chris - trying to click on the first post in this forum but getting the following error:

The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.

I can (obviously) click and read your post here, but not the first actual image.

Now there is something new in the new forum, as well as something old. Now we just need something borrowed and something blue...

Hooray!!! Now Luminous Landscape actually has a Landscape forum. Great suggestion Eric. Great response Chris. Bravo! To you both. Just one question: How does "Trump II" fit under a major forum titled "The Art of Photography?" I just don't get the connection. Maybe we need a "Politics" forum somewhere other than under a photography heading.

For better or worse, the Coffee Corner and its noisy children sit at the base of the fora. In my Admin view, it sits adjacent to the Sandbox of deleted posts. Since it is likely used more often than any other forum, perhaps I should create a new category named Soapbox. Any suggestions?  :o

I think "soapbox" would be the perfect name. Once it exists, "Trump II" should be moved to it.

Chris,

I was not aware of this new forum, which is a great idea. This morning I posted this thread:

http://forum.luminous-landscape.com/index.php?topic=120538.0

Would it be possible to move it to this new forum?

Also, I still see many people posting in the "old" forum, simply images, and not discussing equipment. Perhaps more visibility to this new forum would be required?

Thanks.

I second the motion. "Climate change denial" should go there, too.

I moved the topic. There is a bold pinned note at the top asking folks to post to the new Forum. Old habits...
