4th of July - Monumental #2

Happy 4th of July to my American friends, a heartfelt "thank you" to my French friends, and "no hard feelings" to the awesome Brits, Aussies, Canadians and other subjects of Her Majesty amongst us - I'm glad we're still such good friends!

This is my 2015 image of the Washington Monument.

Nicely lit. Just "Her Majesty" will do. "Royal" is assumed; it's necessary only for those lesser mortals who are "Royal Highnesses".
