During my recent trip to New Zealand, I've shot a number of vertical landscape panoramas which I'm hoping to publish as a calendar. I've now edited things down to about 24 images – all in high resolution (Canon 5dsr, most images shot with a 24mm TS-E shifted up/down for seamless stitching). Personally, I'm pretty satisfied with the results, and the resolution is certainly good for up to 36" inches or more.
Can anyone recommend any calendar publishers who would be interested in publishing a vertical panorama format calendar? I'm aware that it's quite a niche format - hence my question here.
Most publishers seem to work with stock-images and/or standard formats. I've done some research, and so far have found these:

Are there any caveats I should be aware of on the business side of things (contract, print run, distribution etc...). I hope someone here can share some general advice or their experience in this field.
