What browser works with the OReilly web site?
« on: August 06, 2006, 12:55:32 pm »

I've tried with two different browsers (one being IE), and neither properly draw the O'Rielly web site correctly.

Mozilla makes pictures disappear if I move the cursor over any of them, IE doesn't do the "next/prev" once I click on a thumbnail.

Do others have problems?
Or is everything fine?

It works fine with Opera (at least versions 8.54 or 9.01). In both IE 6 and Netscape 8 the images are positioned too high in their frame, so they cover up the :previous - index - next" links, but clicking in the middle of the image brings you back to the thumbnail index. Firefox 1.07 refuses to show the images at all (even after checking the options, making sure that scripts were llowed, etc.) This is all on a PC.

So, if you are on a PC, try Opera, which is a better browser than any of the others. You can download it free here: [a href=\"http://www.opera.com/download/]http://www.opera.com/download/[/url]
